Questions about your own application

You can write with the destination, the route you are on, your current status and any deadline or refusal you are working against. You will get a plain answer about what the application has to prove, and where the official position is published.

What you will not get is a decision on your case. Advice about your individual circumstances has to come from someone licensed in the destination country — see the comparison on the “Who can advise” page.

You can also ask through the chat on this site. If you leave a way to reach you, a licensed migration agent or lawyer we work with will contact you.

What we do not do

• We do not prepare, lodge or represent you in an application, and we do not provide immigration assistance.
• We do not decide or advise on your individual case. That advice can only come from someone licensed to give it in the destination country.
